Logging In — Enter your 4-digit Admin PIN on the login screen. The PIN is set by the platform owner. After 5 wrong attempts the form locks for 15 minutes.

Dashboard — After login the Dashboard shows live viewer count, chat activity, revenue today, and quick-jump buttons to every major section.

Navigation — Use the sticky header search bar (Ctrl+K) to jump directly to any section by name, or scroll down to find sections grouped by colour-coded borders.

Sign Out — Click SIGN OUT in the top bar. The session is PIN-only; there are no passwords to reset here.

Back to Stream — The Back to Stream link returns you to the live viewer page without signing you out.

Going Live — Flip the STREAM LIVE toggle. Viewers see the Twitch embed go from "Offline" to the live feed automatically. The Twitch channel is pre-configured as dtfclick.

Stream Price / Pre-Pay — Set a dollar amount under Stream Price. Viewers who haven't paid see a payment prompt. Set to $0 to make the stream free.

Unlock / Access Codes — Generate single-use or multi-use codes under Unlock Codes. Share a code and viewers type it on the enter page to get access without paying. Codes can be scoped to a specific event.

Device Binding — Each code can be bound to one device. Once used, the same code cannot be used on a different device (stream-burn protection).

Stream Title & Description — Update the display title and description shown on the viewer page in real-time without reloading.

Twitch Chat Embed — Toggle whether the embedded Twitch chat panel shows alongside the stream. Useful for mobile-only events.

Creating an Event — Click + New Event in the Event Wall section. Fill in name, date, description, and upload a flyer image. Choose one of three event types:

• Paid Ticket — Buyer pays via Stripe and receives a QR code ticket by email.
• RSVP Only — Free sign-up form with optional max-capacity limit. Sends a confirmation email. Countdown timer appears on the success screen.
• Free Registration — Similar to RSVP but tied to your subscriber/mailing list.

Private Venue Address — Check Private Address and enter the location. It is only revealed in the confirmation email after purchase/RSVP — never shown publicly.

Max RSVPs — On RSVP-only events, set a number in Max RSVPs. The form shows a live "Spots remaining" badge and closes when full.

Show / Hide Events — Toggle visibility per event. Hidden events do not appear on the public event wall.

QR Code Tickets — Every paid ticket and RSVP includes a unique QR code. Buyers can retrieve tickets at /my-tickets.

Check-in Scanner — Open /scan on any phone. Point the camera at a ticket QR code. The system marks the ticket as checked-in and shows the attendee's name. Works offline if the network drops.

Age Verification — Enable on any event to require date-of-birth entry before the RSVP/purchase form appears.

Adding a Video — Use the + Add Video button in the VOD section. Paste a video URL, or use the Auto-fill Details button to pull the title and thumbnail automatically.

S3 / Cloud Videos — For videos hosted on DigitalOcean Spaces, use the S3 Video Library section. Upload files via the upload page or enter the full CDN URL directly in the admin form.

Pricing Options — Each video can be:

• Subscription included — free for active subscribers.
• Pay-Per-View (PPV) — one-time Stripe purchase grants lifetime access to that video.
• Free — publicly viewable with no paywall.

Trailer / Preview — Paste a short trailer URL. Non-subscribers see the trailer auto-play in the player area above the paywall so they know what they're buying.

Category & Featured — Assign a category (e.g. "Concerts", "Interviews") and mark a video as Featured to pin it to the top of the browse page.

Email Blast on Publish — Check Blast email to all active subscribers when publishing to notify your mailing list instantly via SendGrid.

Resume Playback — If a viewer watched more than 30 seconds previously, a "Resume from X:XX?" banner appears the next time they open the video.

Related Videos — "More Like This" shows up to 8 videos from the same category below the player automatically.

Challenges Tab — Create a contest challenge with a title, description, deadline, and prize. Toggle it active/inactive to control whether submissions are open on the public /challenges page.

Submissions Tab — All incoming video submissions appear here. Each row shows the contestant name, stage name, video link, and role. Click Review to open a modal with an inline video player and Quick Review Actions:

• Approve — marks submission approved and makes it eligible for episode placement.
• Reject — removes from consideration. A reason can be stored in notes.
• Request Resubmit — sends the contestant back to edit their submission.
• Select for Episode — approves and immediately adds to the current episode slot list.

Episodes Tab — Build a curated episode by adding approved submissions as slots. Each slot has:

• A position number input — type any number and press Enter to jump a video to that position instantly.
• ↑ ↓ arrow buttons for one-step moves.
• A role badge (Standard / Feature / Winner / Wild Card).

Publishing an Episode — Once slots are ordered, click Publish Episode. This makes the episode viewable on the public episode page and can trigger an email blast to subscribers.

Sponsor Catalog — Attach sponsor overlays and logos to episode slots. Configured in the separate Sponsor Catalog section.

Email Blast — Compose and send a broadcast email to your entire mailing list or a targeted segment. Choose from audience filters: all subscribers, paid-ticket buyers, RSVP guests, or free registrants.

SMS Campaigns — Send a text message campaign via Twilio. Phone numbers are stored in E.164 format and all campaigns require prior SMS consent (FCC 2026 compliant). Delivery status is tracked via Twilio webhooks.

Mailing List — View and export all subscribers. Each record shows name, email, phone, consent timestamp, and opt-in source. You can remove individuals or export a CSV.

Blast Message (Live) — Send a real-time notification banner to all viewers currently watching the stream. The message pops up on their screen for 8 seconds. Useful for countdowns, announcements, or calls to action.

Consent Audit Trail — Every opt-in is timestamped with source URL and IP for compliance. You cannot send SMS to a contact without a recorded SMS consent entry.

Polls — Create a live poll question with up to 6 choices. Activate it to push the poll widget onto the viewer page. Results update in real-time. Close the poll to freeze results.

Subscriber List — Shows everyone with an active subscription. Columns: name, email, plan, status, join date. Click a row to expand payment history.

Revenue Dashboard — Real-time breakdown of earnings: stream pre-pays, event tickets, VOD PPV purchases, subscriptions. Filter by time range. Export as CSV.

Payment Reconciliation — Cross-references your Stripe dashboard with local records. Highlights any payments received in Stripe that are missing a local record so you can manually verify or issue access.

Manual Verification — For Cash App, Venmo, Apple Pay, or PayPal payments (non-Stripe), use the Manual Verify button to grant stream access to a specific email or unlock code after you confirm receipt outside the platform.

Refunds (Admin Discretion Only) — DTF CLICK has a strict no-refund policy. All sales are final and customers are informed of this before purchase. In exceptional circumstances (verified billing errors or unauthorized charges), an admin may issue a manual refund via the Stripe dashboard. This is not a customer-facing option and should only be used after documented review.

Subscription Plans — Define plan tiers (e.g. $9.99/month, $79/year) with custom names. Subscribers on any active plan get access to all subscription-included VOD content.

Creating a Creator Account — In the Creators section, click + New Creator. Enter name, email, password, and revenue share % (default 70 %). The creator receives their login credentials by email.

Linking Events — Once a creator is created, use Link Event to associate one or more paid events to their account. Revenue from those event's ticket sales will be attributed to this creator.

Scheduling a Payout — After an event, click Schedule Payout on the creator's card. The payout date auto-fills to 7 days after the event date. The creator receives an in-app notification immediately.

Marking a Payout Paid — Once you've transferred funds, click Mark Paid. The payout status changes and the creator is notified again.

Sending a Notification — Use the Send Message button on a creator's card to push a custom in-app notification. The creator sees an unread badge on their portal bell icon.

Revenue Share Calculation — Creator earnings = (gross ticket revenue for their linked events) × (their revenue share %). Platform keeps the remainder.

Logging In — Creators go to /creator-login and enter the email and password the admin created for them. Their session token is saved in the browser; they stay logged in until they sign out.

Dashboard Overview — The portal home shows four summary cards at the top:

• Total Earnings — cumulative creator payout amounts.
• Total Revenue — gross ticket revenue from linked events.
• Tickets Sold — total paid ticket count across all linked events.
• Platform Fans — number of active platform subscribers.

Per-Event Cards — Below the summary, each linked event shows its own card with: ticket count, gross revenue, the creator's earnings cut, and two action buttons.

Getting Your QR Code — Click Get QR Code on any event card. A modal opens with a scannable QR, a shareable URL, a download button, and a copy-link button. Share this link on social media to drive ticket sales.

Payout Schedule — A table below the event cards lists all scheduled and paid payouts with dates, amounts, and status (Scheduled / Paid).

Notifications Bell — The bell icon in the top right shows an unread count badge. Click it to see all admin messages and payout alerts. Clicking a notification marks it as read.

Auto-Refresh — The portal refreshes its data every 30 seconds automatically. A countdown shows how long until the next refresh.

Signing Out — Click Sign Out in the top bar. The session token is cleared from the browser.

Referral / Promoter Links — Each promoter gets a unique referral URL (e.g. dtfclick.com/refer/van). Sales made through that link are attributed to the promoter in the revenue dashboard.

Custom Slugs — When creating a promoter, choose a short custom slug for their link. Slugs must be unique. Auto-generated codes are also available.

Universal RSVP — The page /universal-rsvp is a single shared link for all hosts. Guests pick "Who's bringing you?" from a dropdown listing all active hosts. No promo codes in the URL needed.

Host Management — In the Host RSVP section: create hosts (name, notes), toggle them active/inactive, and copy their shareable link. Inactive hosts do not appear in the guest dropdown.

Leaderboard — A ranked bar chart shows each host's RSVP count with gold/silver/bronze medals for the top three. Updates in real-time.

Guest List — The all-guests table can be filtered by host. Each row has a Check In button. Once checked in, the button changes to Undo. Checked-in rows are highlighted green.

CSV Export — Download the full guest list (with host attribution) as a CSV for day-of door management.

The Wall — A fan-facing media feed (images, clips, text posts) separate from the live stream. Admins manage all wall content from the Main Wall section. Toggle individual posts visible/hidden. Delete posts permanently.

Adding Wall Content — Upload images or paste video URLs. Set a title and optional description. Posts appear on the public /wall page in the order you set.

Live Chat — The chat panel alongside the Twitch embed supports a custom DTFCLICK chat layer. All messages pass through a profanity filter before display.

Blocking Users — In the Chat Moderation or Acceptance Log section, you can ban a user by username or IP. Banned users see a locked chat indicator.

Blast Message (Chat) — Send a highlighted admin message that appears in every viewer's chat panel simultaneously. Useful for countdowns and announcements.

Chat Access Gate — Optionally restrict chat to paid viewers only. Free/anonymous visitors can read but not post.

Polls — Create a poll (up to 6 options) in the Polls section. Activate it to show the voting widget on every viewer's screen. Results update live. Close to freeze and display final counts.

Live Analytics — The Analytics section shows current viewer count, peak viewers today, unique visitors, and session duration. Refreshes every 10 seconds automatically.

VOD Analytics — Under VOD Analytics: top videos by views, category breakdown, subscriber list, and per-video completion rates.

Sponsor Report — A shareable report for brand partners. Includes: total views, watch time, unique viewers, revenue, likes, comments, and a geography chart (country of origin). Date range presets: 7 / 30 / 90 days / All Time, plus custom date pickers.

Content Performance Table — Per-video breakdown with colour-coded completion rates (green >70 %, yellow 40–70 %, red <40 %).

Export Options

• CSV Export — Downloads a multi-section spreadsheet: Summary, Content Performance, Category Breakdown, Audience Geography.
• Copy as Table — Copies tab-delimited text to clipboard for pasting into Google Docs, email, or PDF.
• Email to Sponsor — Enter a recipient email; the system sends a branded HTML version of the report via SendGrid.

Event Revenue Chart — Bar chart of revenue per event, colour-coded by event type.

Stream Settings — Change the stream title, description, Twitch channel name, and embed parent domain from the Settings section. Changes take effect for new page loads.

Payment Settings — Enter or update your Stripe publishable key and configure which payment methods (Cash App, Apple Pay, Venmo, PayPal) are shown to viewers.

Notification Settings — Configure SendGrid sender email and API key for email delivery. Toggle web push notifications on or off.

Archive Controls — After a live event, move the stream to the Archives section to make it available as a recorded replay. Archives can be gated behind a paywall.

Launch Checklist — Use the Launch Checklist section to run automated smoke tests before going live: checks the database, admin auth, Stripe key, SendGrid config, QR code route, and more.

Security Note — Admin PIN and all API keys are stored as environment secrets — never in the codebase. Contact your hosting admin to rotate them.
