Frequently Asked Questions

I paid for a video but it won't play. What do I do?
Make sure you're using the same email and device you purchased on. Try refreshing the page. If the issue persists, email us at dtfclick@gmail.com with your purchase email and we'll sort it out.
Can I get a refund?
All sales are final. Digital content is delivered immediately upon payment and cannot be returned. See our Terms of Service for full details.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Email dtfclick@gmail.com with your subscription email and we'll cancel it within 24 hours. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
The video pauses or buffers. Is this a DTF CLICK problem?
Video delivery is optimized and tested. Buffering is usually a local internet connection issue. Try refreshing, switching to Wi-Fi, or using a different browser.
I can't find a video I purchased in my library.
Go to My Library and enter the email address you used when you bought it. If it still doesn't appear, email support with your receipt.
How does Continue Watching work?
If you're a subscriber, your progress is saved to your account and syncs across devices. PPV buyers have progress saved on the device they're watching on.
