1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DTFCLICK ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

2. No Recording / No Redistribution

Recording, copying, screen-capturing, rebroadcasting, or redistributing any DTFCLICK live stream or replay is strictly prohibited. This includes recording from Twitch, Kick, YouTube, or any third-party platform. Violations may result in account termination and legal action.

3. No Refunds

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including missed streams, technical issues, or dissatisfaction with content. Once your access code is generated, the transaction is complete.

4. Age Requirement

You must be 18 years or older to access this Platform and its content. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

5. Code of Conduct

Users must behave respectfully in chat and all interactions. Harassment, spam, hate speech, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate ban without refund.

6. Content Rights

All content on this Platform is owned by DTFCLICK and its content creators. Unauthorized use of any content may result in legal action under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

7. SMS/Text Message Terms

By opting in to receive SMS messages from DTFCLICK, you agree to the following:

You will receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages at the mobile number you provided.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency varies. Typically 2-8 messages per month.
Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.
For assistance, reply HELP to any message.
Supported carriers include but are not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and Sprint.

      One-to-One Consent (2026 FCC Standard): DTFCLICK obtains express written consent from each individual before sending promotional text messages. Consent is recorded with a digital audit trail including timestamp, IP address, User-Agent, and the exact consent text displayed. DTFCLICK does not engage in lead generation or share opt-in lists with third parties.
    

8. No Third-Party Sharing

DTFCLICK does not sell, rent, lease, or share your personal information, phone number, or email address with any third parties for their own marketing or commercial purposes. Your data is used exclusively to operate and deliver DTFCLICK services.

9. Acceptance Logging

When you agree to policies before accessing content, we store a timestamped record of your acceptance including IP address, browser information, and the specific terms version you accepted. This is for compliance and dispute resolution purposes.

10. Platform Availability

DTFCLICK makes reasonable efforts to maintain service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or force majeure events may temporarily affect service.

11. Limitation of Liability

DTFCLICK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable federal and state laws of the United States.

13. Changes to Terms

DTFCLICK reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
